Local representation of Hannover Life Re in India was established in the last quarter of 2008. The service office, based in Mumbai, aims to interact and engage with market players countrywide so as to provide them access to our global network of resources (intellectual and capacity).Our local expertise and knowledge of the consumers, products, regulations and needs of the market are important aids for us to provide for and meet the growing reinsurance needs.
We seek to establish relationships with the life players, aiming to better understand their drivers for reinsurance so that we might provide appropriate solutions to these sometimes diverse needs.
Representation of Hannover Life Re in Mumbai became operational from December 2008.
