Our Customer is our Employer

We have entered into product partnerships with many of our clients. The foundation of a product partnership requires a mutual interest in the development of a new or re-engineering of an existing insurance product.

Quite often the focus of this activity lies in the development of a new and very innovative (either for the client or the market) niche product qualifying for a closely defined customer segment and/or a specialised distribution force.

In this case the client will have preferred access to the worldwide know-how and resources of Hannover Life Re. This will help him to secure a strategic market advantage as he is not only able to rely on the expertise of our worldwide network but also to manage the down-side risk inherent in new products while minimising development expenses and reducing time-to-market.

Hannover Life Re offers an attractive reinsurance package covering the technical risks (which in niche products are rather high) through risk-related reinsurance and the provision of financing life reinsurance (if the latter is requested).
